  • Big MoodTrays are 7x12 inches.
  • Mini MoodTrays are 5.5x9.5 inches.

Do you offer customization options?

Yes! We offer print customization on our Mini MoodTrays and Bluetooth MoodTrays. We UV Print your graphic directly on to the surface. Our easy-to-use design tool allows you to create your own design. Upload pictures, clip art, backgrounds, and text to your design. With our design tool, you can view your custom LED rolling tray in 3D. MoodTrays is the destination of where you can make your own custom rolling trays.

How long does it take to customize my Mood Tray?

After your order is placed and your artwork is confirmed, production time takes 1-2 days. For larger and wholesale orders, please message us for pricing and turnaround time details.

Can Do you offer bulk pricing discounts?

Yes, you can purchase our existing designs and also request customization. Please email us for wholesale pricing and details at info@moodtrays.com.

What is your return/refunds policy?

Due to the nature of our business and products being made to order, all sales are FINAL. However, we are here to assist you if any issues should arise, please email info@moodtrays.com.

What is your Shipping Policy?

  • We ship worldwide via Fedex, UPS, DHL, and USPS. 
  • In-stock products are ready to ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Custom print orders are ready to ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Large custom orders turnaround time may vary.
  • Shipping Transit time is 1-7 business days (domestic), 10-14 business days (international) 
  • Orders $150+, will require signature for delivery. International buyers are responsible for custom fees and taxes. Please contact our customer service at info@moodtrays.com for any shipping damages within 24 hours of receiving

Do you offer Blank LED rolling trays?

Yes, you may order blank Mini MoodTrays and Bluetooth MoodTrays. However, prices are the same for non-printed.

How do I make my own rolling tray?

MoodTrays offer the ability to make your own custom led rolling tray right on the website. Upload any images, logos, artwork, and add text.

What are your rolling trays made of?

Our MoodTrays aka LED Rolling Trays are made of sturdy eco-safe ABS material. Built inside the tray are bright LEDs and a rechargeable lithium battery. We use the state of the art Printing Technology to custom print rolling trays and our other products. Inks used are eco-safe and long lasting.

Do you offer color matching?

To answer this simply, No. We are unable to guarantee color matching due to color interpretation may vary from human eye to screen to print. We recommend ordering a custom sample first and ensuring the colors meet your requirements. Even then, color may deviate slightly from production machine to production machine.
