Turnaround Time

Proofs are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after receiving all required artwork files.

After Ordering

1. Submit your artwork files by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing them to info@moodtrays.com.
2. Include your order number in the subject line.
3. Accepted file formats:
   • AI
   • EPS
   • PDF
   • SVG
   • PNG (high resolution)
   • JPG (high resolution)
4. Include any instructions regarding:
   • Logo placement
   • Text changes
   • Product color preferences
   • Special notes
5. Our team will create a layout based on the information provided and send a digital proof for approval.
6. Review your proof carefully. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
7. One revision is included with this service. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

• This service covers artwork placement and basic layout only.
• Custom graphic design, logo creation, artwork recreation, and extensive revisions are not included.
• Delays in artwork submission or proof approval may affect production turnaround times.
• Digital proofs are intended to verify artwork placement, sizing, and content. Colors displayed on screens may differ from final printed products.
